Basi GO Fitout Design and Build

Located in Westlands, Basi GO Fitout Design and Build boasts of its unique modern architecture Design among the rest. The play of volumes in the building offers a double height lounge space below the gym area with 4 private bedrooms. The beauty of the project is celebrated through the simple design solutions explored to give an illusion of a luxurious and expensive building. The combination of the locally available yellowstone and plaster inteplays to this great achievement!

Eliud's Residence

Located in Kasarani area, Eliud's Residence boasts of its unique modern architecture Design among the rest. The play of volumes in the building offers a double height lounge space below the gym area with 4 private bedrooms. The beauty of the project is celebrated through the simple design solutions explored to give an illusion of a luxurious and expensive building. The combination of the locally available yellowstone and plaster inteplays to this great achievement!

Charter House Interiors

Charter House Finance Group Inc houses 14 working spaces with a CEO's office, a spacious reception area with waiting areas and a 14pax boardroom. The interior design of the office has a theme of the corporate blue, gold, black and white colours that represent the company. Green walls and planters have been used to soften the spaces and partition the working space and the reception area.

V. Apartments

This apartment block design is one of our gems and this is affirmed as it emerges to define the Kisii landscape. Unlike most apartment designs, the building has no typical floor layout as it is carefully designed to fit into its environment. The project comprises five staggered or stepped levels on a steep sloping site. It is carefully positioned and stepped to respect and follow the slope on site. With a well defined combination of one bedroom and 2 bedroom units, the design has all the lounge / open kitchen spaces with great views of the surrounding green hilly areas. The floor to ceiling windows in these spaces provide beautiful views and natural lighting into the spaces. The master bedrooms are all ensuite with ample storage and parking spaces at the semi basement area.

Ben's House

This cosy 4 bedroom residential building design was inspired by Indian Architecture and the Ancient Feng Shui basic design principles of spatial organisation. A step into this beautiful home, you will be welcomed with a view of the Central Internal Garden and a framed view of the Ngong Hills at the purposefully positioned Dining Space. Considering the cardinal principles of Feng Shui, the design cleverly captures good fortune and respects the site conditions to ensure there is natural lighting and ventilation in all the spaces. Well, beauty testifies that fortune and nature are a great combo!

Proposed Innovation Institute in Kenya

Inspired by a rich history of the site's location and the lush rural landscape, the proposed Innovation institute seamlessly celebrates the natural environment around. Our design carefully intertwines the main functions of the institution with the surrounding landscape to ensure that it fits within the site. Energy use, transportation, and green spaces form part of the main design principles to ensure the users explore the full potential of the project. The main functions in the institute will constitute; Education / Research, Manufacturing, Space Technology and Accomodation.
